ORT Teacher Honored by the Ministry of Education and Culture

In September 2002, Prof. René Fuentes, a faculty member at the School of Communication and Design, received two honorable mentions at the Annual Literature Awards.

The awards are presented by the Ministry of Education and Culture.

The professor at the Universidad ORT Uruguayreceived an honorable mention for his short story collection *Los ojos del agua* and a second one for his unpublished poetry collection *Abrir los ruedos*.
