Sebastián Moreno Barreneche, M.A., a professor of Contemporary Culture and Society in the School of Management and Social Sciences, served as a presenter at the 15th World Congress of Semiotics, “Semiotics in the Lifeworld,” which was held in person in Thessaloniki, Greece, from August 30 to September 3, 2022.
On that occasion, the scholar presented his articles “What’s next? DeSignis as a journal for the construction of a global semiotics,” “Nation Branding and the Latin American geo-cultural identity,” and “Populism: A semiotic definition.”
