The conference, which brings together academics and professionals in the field of structural timber, will take place in Madrid, Spain, during the week of June 10–14, 2024.
CIMAD, in its current form, was launched in 2008 in response to the need to bring together, at an international event, the latest developments in architecture, construction, and woodworking in countries with Hispanic and Portuguese roots.
Now in its third edition—following previous events held in Portugal and Argentina—the conference has established itself as the most important Iberian and Latin American event focused on wood construction.
