The awards ceremony took place on March 21 at an event held at the Radisson.
Now in its 24th year, the event is organized by Juan Herrera Producciones with the aim of celebrating and recognizing the role of Uruguayan women in various fields.
The event brought together more than 300 guests, and tributes and special awards were presented during the dinner. In total, 30 women were honored for their outstanding achievements in their respective fields.
Mariel Feder holds a degree in Systems Engineering and has a postgraduate certificate in Computing and Information Systems from the University of Oxford, a Master’s degree in Computing and Information Systems, and a postgraduate certificate in Big Data from Universidad ORT Uruguay, as well as a postgraduate certificate in Business Administration.
Through her own company, she leads the development of high-quality management solutions tailored for small and medium-sized businesses. She serves as the IT director at Satellogic, a company in the aerospace industry.
In 2023, she was named one of Forbes magazine’s “Power Women.” She was also the winner of the Women That Build award in the Digital Leader category in Uruguay.
