Professor selected by the Smithsonian Design Museum in New York

Rosana Malaneschii, a faculty member at the school, was selected by the Curatorial Department of the Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum in New York for an exhibition and publication titled *Designing Peace*, which will open in June 2022.

The selected work is a poster with which Malaneschii participated in the 2019 International Poster Exhibition for World Peace, held in Montevideo.

At the same time, Malaneschii was invited to participate in a group exhibition at the Solís Theater titled "Escalante por Nieto," which will run starting September 15, 2021.

Malaneschii teaches in the bachelor's degree programs inCommunication, Animation and Video Games, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Fashion Design, and Multimedia Design. She is also a writer and holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of the Republic.
