This event brings together outdoor enthusiasts, the industry’s leading brands, and national and international experts, offering a variety of talks and workshops on landscaping, nature, and gardening.

Leading florists will host workshops to teach how to decorate with flowers, with over 1,000 m² featuring local landscape designers, visits to private—and specially selected—gardens, and 500 m² of booths featuring the industry’s leading brands showcasing and offering their products.
With a wide variety of events, Garden Week, via Via Disegno (Route 101, km 19.300, across from the airport), is an exceptional opportunity for anyone who wants to deepen their knowledge of gardening and landscaping under the guidance of experts in the field.
In this context, on Thursday, April 25 , landscape architect María Gomensoro, a graduate of the Landscape Design Technician program, gave a talk titled“Landscaping with Purpose.” For his part, instructor Gastón Colominas, an engineer, gave a presentation onpalm trees and their use in landscaping.

Meanwhile, at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, April 26, landscape architect Paula Rial—academic coordinator of the Landscape Design Technician program and instructor for Workshop 1—along with landscape architect Alejandro O’Neill, instructor for Workshops 3 and 4, will speak on globalized landscaping. There, they will discuss the design process of the garden created for an exhibition in China and the award they won together with Architect Maggie Wu Wai Chung.
Finally, on Saturday the 27th at 3:30 p.m., Professor Amalia Robredo will give a presentation on ecosystem services.
