Carolina Bellora, Director and Human Capital Practice Leader at Tantum Strategy & Results in Buenos Aires, taught the course "Strategic Human Capital Management" in person as part of the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program from June 20 to 23.
Bellora is a graduate-level professor specializing in organizational design and development, change management, and strategy at Torcuato Di Tella University and the ESADE Business School Buenos Aires Campus. She serves as a consultant on change management processes for companies in Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Bolivia, Mexico, and Spain.
Dr. Fernando Troilo, director of the graduate program in Human Resources and tenured professor at the Universidad del CEMA (Argentina), taught the course “Research Methods and Organizational Diagnosis” as part of the Master’s in Human Resources Management program from June 20 to 30, in a hybrid format combining in-person and online sessions.
Troilo is an associate professor at the University of Buenos Aires and the University of Belgrano in Argentina; he is the Talent and Compensation Manager at Aon and a former Business Unit Manager at Right Management, part of the Manpower Group.
Sebastián Bezzo, Sprinklr’s regional director based in São Paulo, taught the course “Digital Recruitment” online as part of the Specialization Diploma in Human Resources and the Master’s in Human Resources Management from June 27 to 29, 2022.

Dr. Mauricio Gómez, associate professor at the School of Business Administration and Accounting at the National University of Colombia, delivered the online International Integrative Seminar for the Master’s in Taxation and Accounting Standards – IFRS, the Specialization Diploma in Accounting, and the Master’s in Accounting and Finance from June 20 to 22, 2022.
Gómez is a member of the Evaluation, Administration, and Legal Affairs Committee of the National Commission for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (Conaces) in Colombia. He is the former Deputy Comptroller General of Colombia.
Dr. Patrick Noonan, an associate professor at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School in the United States, taught the MBA course “Decision Analysis and Problem Solving” online from June 20 to 30, 2022.
Noonan is a management consultant and a participant in the Fulbright Senior Specialists Program. He was named a Four-Star Outstanding Faculty Member in Business Week’s biennial guide to the Best Business Schools.
