The relaxation of Law No. 18795, commonly referred to as the the Promoted Housing Act, grants tax exemptions for private investment in housing construction in certain areas of the capital and the interior of the country, subject to certain conditions.
Since its implementation, the SAU has organized a series of discussions to analyze its effects, scheduled for Tuesdays, May 14, 21, and 28, with the final session taking place on June 4. Each session begins at 6:00 p.m. and will be held both online and in person at the SAU headquarters (Gonzalo Ramírez 2030).
