During the conference "The Path to Professional Success," held on Thursday, November 11, recent graduates of the Bachelor's Degree in Management and Administrationprogram at Universidad ORT Uruguay about their professional development.
Bruno Perrone, who serves as the commercial manager for several product categories at El Dorado Supermarkets, was one of the graduates who shared his experience.
Perrone explained that his professional experience has focused primarily on retail and that he has been working at El Dorado for a year and a half. The graduate noted that the bachelor’s degree program has strengths and tools that have helped him advance his career, such as understanding the importance of organizational structures.
