The School of Communication and Design is organizing the first edition of the "Explorá y Creá" contest, which will evaluate creativity, innovation, presentation, and the effectiveness of the design.

The challenge offers three options:
- Design Your App (Multimedia Design)
- Design Your World (Graphic Design)
- Show Off Your Art (Design, Art, and Technology)
In "Design Your App," students must present a design proposal for a mobile app based on a case study. In " Design Your World," participants are asked to identify a topic of interest and communicate it through the creation of a visually striking poster. Finally, in "Show Your Art," participants explore digital arts with the goal of creating a digital artwork.
All challenges include introductory virtual workshops designed to help participants define their topic and approach, guide them through the creative process, and familiarize them with digital tools.

The winners will be announced on September 27, 2024.
The student who wins first prize will receive an 80% scholarshipto pursue a degree in design. Scholarships covering 50%, 30%, and 20% of tuition are available for three additional projects.
The academic advisorof the winning student will receive a 50% scholarship topursue a certificate program of their choice at theInstitute of Education.
