In La Columna, Professor Loblowitz, an architect, gave an interview on Lean Construction

Maximizing value and minimizing waste in construction processes is one of the primary goals of the collaborative management philosophy of Lean Construction. Architect Loblowitz discussed this topic in an interview with La Columna.

The construction industry is adopting new tools to optimize efficiency, productivity, and quality in engineering and architectural projects.

Among other things, it is essential that these processes include accurate measurement, eliminate unnecessary tasks, foster innovation, and promote collaborative planning among all team members.

To analyze these aspects, the Architect Guillermo Loblowitz, an expert in Lean Construction and a graduate of the Architecture program at Universidad ORT Uruguay the instructor in charge of the course Lean Construction: Methodologies for Improving Productivity at the School of Architecture, participated in the program La Columnaon Radio Sarandí.
