On March 26, Shocrón delivered a lecture titled “Scaling Businesses Using Proven Methods in Challenging Contexts, Applied to the Uruguayan Business DNA,” in which he addressed the main challenges faced by local companies as they seek to grow and expand into an increasingly demanding global environment.
Drawing on his experience in developing business ecosystems in the United States, Israel, Europe, and Latin America, he shared tools, approaches, and insights aimed at fostering scaling processes, with a particular focus on adapting to complex and changing contexts.
The event was held at the ORT Business School and brought together students, graduates, and professionals interested in exploring business growth strategies from an international perspective.
