The short film Lobos, directed by Florencia García, a student in the Bachelor’s program in Audiovisual and Cinematic Communication at Universidad ORT Uruguay, was awarded the Audience Award for Best Short Film at the 22nd Punta del Este International Jewish Film Festival.
The short film began as an academic exercise in the Fiction Workshop.
It is a short film inspired by a personalexperience withAlzheimer's, with a mystical twist.
The following students participated in the project: Florencia García Viera, Juana Bonicelli, Claudio Calbete, Agustina Bindritsch, Valentina Aguirre Gontade, Malena Álvarez Domínguez, and Nicolás Huartamendía.

The Punta del Este International Jewish Film Festival was founded in 2003. Its goal is to promote the history, culture, and traditions of the Jewish people through film.
