An ORT student presented a paper at a computer science conference

Milton Martínez, a systems engineering student, presented the paper "A Very Early Estimation of Software Development Time and Effort Using Neural Networks " at the CACIC 2004 conference.

The conference took place at the National University of La Matanza in Buenos Aires from October 5 to 7.

The presentation was given by Milton Martínez, who is currently working on his senior thesis.

The article "A Very Early Estimation of Software Development Time and Effort Using Neural Networks"was authored by Pedro Salvetto, associate professor of Algorithm Analysis; Carlos Luna, associate professor of Computer Science; Dr. Javier Segovia of the Polytechnic University of Madrid; and the aforementioned systems engineering student Milton Martínez.
