Maira Liberman is a senior in the Graphic Design program. The award was given for her project *Familia Utensilia*, created as part of the *Editorial Design 3* course in the Graphic Design program, taught by Professor Lautaro Hourcade.
The mission of the IDEEC Student Exhibition & Portfolio Competition is to set standards of excellence for student work and to honor design educators who support and help emerging talent thrive.
Universidad ORT Uruguay the only participating university from Uruguay in this exhibition and competition, which in 2023 received submissions from 55 universities in 20 countries.
