This project was carried out in 2004 by a group of architecture students, under the guidance of the department’s academic secretary, Architect Graziella Blengio.
The project involved developing an urban planning proposal, engineering plans, construction details, and the design of common spaces and facilities for the construction of a 22-unit residential complex.
Construction will begin in the coming months, funded by:
- A Home, A Dream;
- Ministry of Housing, Land Use Planning, and the Environment;
- Peluffo Giguens Foundation.
Estudio Gómez Platero will be responsible for the technical aspects.
The students who have worked on this project will continue to be involved in the construction process by assisting with site management tasks.
