The visit took place on November 19, 2003.
During the visit, Isidoro Hodara, academic coordinator of the Graduate Program in International Studies, delivered a lecture titled "The State of Mercosur from Uruguay's Perspective."
Meanwhile, students from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education gave a lecture titled "Mexico's Role in NAFTA," aimed at upper-level students and graduates of the ORT Bachelor's Degree in International Studies.
