Florentina Pérez Ferrando and Sebastián Pérez Traverso, students in the Digital Animation Technician program, were selected to participate in courses atthe California Institute of the Arts (CalArts) as part of a collaborative program between that institution and ORT University, has by the U.S. Embassy in Uruguay. Both students received a scholarship that covered travel, accommodation, and six weeks of courses, which took place from January 16 to February 28, 2010.
