The exhibition showcases the results of an extracurricular poster workshop conducted by advanced students in the Bachelor of Graphic Design program and the Graphic Design technical program.
The workshop was led by professors Bernardo Korzeniak and Gustavo Wojciechowski.
The premise was that—based on an initial list of prominent figures from the worlds of culture or science— each student was free to choose whom to study.
Within their means, they could draw inspiration from the work of a particular figure—whether from a central theme, a specific phase of their career, or a particular aspect.
Similarly, inspiration could stem from the life of that individual, or even from the interaction between two individuals.
On the other hand, some students chose to base their work on a significant aspect of Jewish culture.
The teachers leading the workshop considered it essential that the workshop serve as an opportunity for experimentation; hence the initial decision that each piece should be unique and of a substantial size.
The students took on the challenge with tremendous dedication and passion, pushing themselves to go the extra mile.
