Among 1,389 universities, ORT ranks 88th
In the global and historical ranking, which includes a total of 1,389 universities from around the world, only two institutions from the country made the list. There, ORT ranks 88th.
Below that, in 134th place is the FADU (Faculty of Architecture, Design, and Urban Planning at the University of the Republic).
As a result, ORT ranks as the highest-ranked university in Uruguay on the Buildner ranking and the only private Uruguayan university to be included the selection.
The top spot in the ranking is held by the Politecnico di Milano, part of the Università degli Studi di Milano (Italy), followed by the Warsaw University of Technology (Poland) and the Faculty of Engineering at Lund University (Sweden).
