Mr. Vera holds a master's degree in Nuclear Physics from the Institute of Nuclear Research at the Autonomous University of Mexico.
He is also a tenured professor of physics in the School of Architecture at Universidad ORT Uruguay.
In addition, Architect Melloni is an architect specializing in Feng Shui; he is the founder and instructor at the Uruguayan Feng Shui Institute and a pioneer in promoting this art in Uruguay.
