At the Assembly, British businessman Sir Maurice Hatter was sworn in as the new president of ORT World, succeeding South African Supreme Court Justice Dr. Richard Goldstone.
At the Annual Forum, it was decided to hold the next meeting of national directors in Montevideo and Buenos Aires.
In addition, the ORT Executive Director spoke at the panel discussion “Women in ORT: An International Perspective” during the National Convention of Women American ORT, which took place in New York City.
