The Women That Build Awards is an initiative that seeks to recognize, support, and promote the advancement of women in the STEAM industry (an acronym for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics).
In the Digital Leader category, according to the official website of the Women That Build Awards, "the nominees included vice presidents, managers, directors, and subject matter experts who have been driving significant change in the STEAM industry" for more than ten years.
