The event took place on December 10, with six graduates from Universidad ORT Uruguay in attendance.
In an atmosphere of exchange and camaraderie, professionals living in Chile reconnected with old acquaintances and sharedpersonal and professionalexperiences.
From their early days as students at ORT to the present day, graduates have stayed in touch with their former classmates, even creating a WhatsApp group where they share their daily experiences as professionals.
The event also provided an opportunity for graduates to connect with other graduates they hadn't met before, thereby expanding their social circle.
As a result, two graduates of ORT’s School of Business and Social Sciences were able to meet in person for the first time.
Similarly, this was the case for two graduates from ORT’s School of Engineering, who were able to connect for the first time and begin a professional friendship that will last for years to come.
The dean of the ORT Institute of Education, Dr. Denise Vaillant, highlighted the connections these graduates have made and the lessons they learned at Universidad ORT Uruguay went beyond professional knowledge.
“It was a valuable experience that reflected ORT’s values. The professionals shared their experiences and reaffirmed their interest in staying connected,” said the dean.
His life after graduation
The graduates applied the skills they learned at Universidad ORT Uruguay enabled them to advance professionally and excel in various fields and disciplines.
They currently hold various positions in prominent organizations and even in Chilean government agencies.

The graduates spoke about the challenges of adapting to a culture different from that of Uruguay and of integrating into the Chilean professional world.
They also expressed their interest in staying connected with Universidad ORT Uruguay campus life, and indicated their willingness to participate in future events or conferences organized by ORT.
