The series project in development, *Historias de Paso*, from the production company Carajito Films, has been selected for a pitch session at Iber Series Platino, the largest international event for professionals in the Ibero-American audiovisual industry.
Alfonso Lourido, who holds a bachelor's degree in graphic design, is the co-founder and director of Carajito Films.
Iber Series Platino took place from September 27 to October 1, 2021, in Madrid and featured separate pitching sessions for serial and film projects. The goal of Iber Series Platino is to connect audiovisual projects—whether in development or completed—with production companies, buyers, international sellers, and content platforms. Nearly 800 projects from 22 countries in Ibero-America were submitted, of which 69 were selected.
The companies invited to participate in the review of the proposals selected under this category are: Ánima, Punta Fina Factoría de Contenidos, Secuoya Studios, Telemundo Streaming Studios (a division of NBC Universal), Under the Milky Way, and WarnerMedia Latin America.
