The workshop was led by Federica Abella, Regional Director for Latin America at Balance Integration Corporation, andJosé Gordin, a professor in the Marketing Department of the ORT School of Business and Social Sciences.
The event was organized by the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE) as part of the Emprender Program.
Federica Abella, Esq., is a leading expert in team building and experiential learning in Uruguay.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Administration from Universidad ORT Uruguay.
He has also carried out pioneering work with companies such as Danone, Uruguay Mineral Exploration, Punta Carretas Shopping, Infocorp, and LATU, among others.
Mr. José Gordin has held positions at companies in the fields of systems development and the Internet, banking and finance, and advertising agencies, among others.
He is a consultant to national and international companies on business, the Internet, retail, public relations, integrated communications, and marketing, and serves as a mentor at Endeavor.
