The institutions have agreed to engage in academic, cultural, and scientific exchanges in the areas of education and research, and to undertake activities aimed at internationalization.
Each specific program will be subject to approval by each university. Suggested activities include faculty and student exchanges, the development of cultural programs, joint research projects, and the organization of conferences.
