Ortolá visited the School of Architecture to deliver a lecture as part of the sixth edition of the Specialization Diploma in Real Estate Business. In his presentation, he reviewed, evaluated, and described the strategies, tools, and processes needed to address, forecast, and shape the future of real estate organizations.
In response to the current state of the real estate industry, concepts and principles were developed to create innovative products and services such as: Inversumidor, infoxication, CAE segmentation, focomunity, real estate hybrids, and eco-districts. Some of the concepts behind this new generation of developments were presented using real-world case studies and examples. The formula for value in all real estate management.
