Universidad ORT Uruguay a film conference

On November 24, 2003, the lecture "The Film Industry in Puerto Rico: Advantages and Incentives," presented by Laura Vélez, took place at the Downtown Campus.

The conference was organized by the School of Communication and Design and the National Audiovisual Institute (INA).

Laura Vélez is the executive director of the Puerto Rico Film Corporation.
