Graiño was a pioneer in developing innovative approaches to the discipline and a true leader in his field.
In addition to his distinguished professional career, he was a master at teaching architecture and devoted much of his time to sharing his experience and knowledge with his students both inside and outside the classroom. His commitment to his students’ learning and growth made him one of the most beloved professors in our community.
The loss of Walter Graiño is a heavy blow to us and to the entire architectural community, but his legacy and contributions will live on forever. We extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends, and loved ones during this difficult time.
