At the presentation, Marcelo Waintraub, president of the Uruguayan Advertising Association, and Monserrat Ramos, a professor of advertising at the university, provided details about this initiative, which is unique in our country.
From April through November of this year, 14 advertising professionals from leading agencies will lead a series of workshops designed to help each participant develop aportfolioof creative work.
The benefits for participants are significant, as agencies place particular emphasis on applicants’ academic backgrounds and creative portfolios.
The workshops will be led by Manuel Amorín, Esteban Barreiro, Vartán Chakiyian, Javier Galli, Luis Gioia, Diego Lazcano, Diego Lev, Sebastián Mir, Fernanda Murias, Disego Nessi, Sebastián Orlando, Gustavo Pérez, Andrés Techera, and Disego Varela.
Students from Universidad ORT Uruguay members of the Uruguayan Advertising Association will participate in this event.
