A student designed the new logo for the Museum of Pre-Columbian and Indigenous Art

April 5, 2012
The new logo for the Museum of Pre-Columbian and Indigenous Art (MAPI) was designed by Patricia Cerban, a student in the Bachelor of Graphic Design program.

Their proposal was selected as part of the ReCreación program, a public call for proposals organized by the School of Communication and Design and aimed at institutions and companies.

The goal is for senior students to develop graphic, industrial, and fashion design projects tailored to each organization.

The new logo marks the beginning of MAPI's corporate rebranding, which will be rolled out in phases.
