This is an initiative of the National Agency for Research and Innovation (ANII), which funds visits by scientists and technologists based abroad whose expertise and skills are not available in the country or who are leading authorities in their fields, with the aim of strengthening national capabilities in various areas of interest.
Mariela Questa-Torterolo holds a Ph.D. in Education from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (Spain). She has a Master’s degree in Educational Management from Universidad ORT Uruguay a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of the Republic (Uruguay).
Today, in addition to serving as the associate academic coordinator for the Master’s in Educational Management and the Master’s in Teacher Training, she is a member of the faculty at the Institute of Education at Universidad ORT Uruguay. She is also a Level I researcher in the Social Sciences, subfield of Educational Sciences, within the National System of Researchers (SNI).
