On December 13, 2022, Pitches Day was held on the 40th floor of the World Trade Center: the final milestone in the business plan process for the Master of Business Administration (MBA) and the EMBA (Executive MBA), a blended-learning program offered by the School of Graduate Business.
It was an opportunity for students to present their business plans to an interested and knowledgeable audience, including investors, clients, faculty members, and alumni of the school.
The goal of the activity was to serve both as an educational opportunity and as a meaningful experience in the business world.
The event consisted of 5-minute presentations (known as "pitches") in which participants were required to outline their business idea and its financial and commercial fundamentals in order to attract investors. Following each presentation, there was time for questions from the audience.
The event was led by professors Lorena Veiga and Santiago Fork.
