Néstor Gandelman will lead a project for the World Bank

Dr. Néstor Gandelman, academic coordinator of the School of Management and Social Sciences, will lead a research project in 2005 that is supported and sponsored by the World Bank.

The research proposal *The Impact of Trade Liberalization and International Exposure on Labor and Capital Adjustment Functions in Uruguay* analyzes the impact of trade liberalization on gross labor and capital flows, as well as on productivity in Uruguay’s manufacturing sector.
