
In March 2021, Dr. Martín Rebour was appointed associate coordinator of the Master’s Program in Education and the Doctoral Program in Education at the Institute of Education of Universidad ORT Uruguay.
Rebour holds a Doctorate in Education from Universidad ORT Uruguay; a Master’s degree in Psychology and Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of the Republic (Uruguay); and an Advanced Diploma in Social Sciences from the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences (FLACSO) (Argentina).
He has served as a consultant for the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and for the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID).
He is a guest speaker at various national and international conferences and currently serves as the director of teacher training for Plan Ceibal.

At the same time, Dr. Andrea Tejera took over as coordinator of the Master’s Program in Trainer Development.
Tejera holds a Ph.D. in Education from the National University of Entre Ríos (Argentina); a Master’s degree in Regional and Local Development from the Catholic University of Uruguay; and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of the Republic (Uruguay).
She is a professor and researcher at institutions of formal and continuing education, and a specialist in educational management, planning, institutional evaluation, and public policy, with a focus on social policy.
She currently serves as director of the Strategic Planning and Budgeting Division at the Uruguayan Institute for Children and Adolescents (INAU), as well as academic coordinator of the Master’s Program in Educational Management, professor, researcher, and graduate advisor at the Institute of Education at Universidad ORT Uruguay.
Finally, she is a researcher at the Entry Level in the Social Sciences field, specifically in the subfield of Education Sciences, within the National System of Researchers (SNI).
