The Flores Municipal Government (IF) has decided to relocate the workshops and storage facilities currently located in the city center. This change will make it possible to repurpose this infrastructure for other uses that will allow for better utilization of these properties and their locations.
The rules and regulations, along with the program and its appendices, provide details on the scope of the competition, eligibility requirements for participants, information about the jury (to be determined), guidelines for submitting and receiving proposals, the selection process, and the judging criteria, among other details and stages of the preliminary design competition.
