Impact on society: ORT supports the launch of a local NGO magazine

Last Friday, December 6, the magazine *La bola que corre* was launched. It is published by a group of young people from the Paso de la Arena neighborhood who are involved with the NGO Casa Joven.

This magazine was produced as part of a workshop coordinated by three students in the Bachelor’s Program in Journalism: Natalia Verdún, María Noel González, and Virginia Alano.

The magazine's launch event was attended by the coordinator of the School of Communication, Silvia Szylkowski, B.A.

The coordinator of Casa Joven, Mr. Eduardo Musto, thanked thestudents and the Universidad ORT Uruguay for their support in publishing this magazine.
