Julio Fernández participated in a conference organized by the World Bank

ORT’s Dean of Academic Development, Julio Fernández, participated in the Global Forum on Business Incubation, which took place in New Delhi, India, from October 14 to 19, 2004.

TheGlobal Forum on Business Incubation incorporates the activities of the InfoDev program.

InfoDev is a multi-donor program of the World Bank Group that supports entrepreneurs in developing economies.
