The Uruguay Rural project is a technical cooperation agreement between ORT and the Ministry of Livestock, Agriculture, and Fisheries.
Dr. Gastón Labadie, dean of the School of Business and Social Sciences, represented ORT at the signing of the project.
The purpose of this agreement is to support groups of small-scale farmers and rural artisans in developing agro-industrial and commercial business plans through a rural business incubator.
