2021 Faculty of Architecture Teaching Awards

On Wednesday, December 8, 2021, the Faculty of Architecture held its traditional faculty awards ceremony. During the event, the work carried out by staff and faculty members throughout 2021 was recognized.

Architect Roberto Monteagudo, a professor of the Final Year Project course in the Architecture program, was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award. During the ceremony, his work teaching project courses for the final year of the Architecture program and his ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams—skills he has demonstrated over the course of more than 120 classes—were highlighted.

Architect Jorge Migues, a drawing instructor in the Interior Design program, was honored with the 2021 Award for Teaching Excellence. Migues was recognized for the sensitivity, passion, and dedication that characterize his teaching, as well as for his approachability and rapport with students.

During the awards ceremony, the dean of the faculty, architect Gastón Boero Falcini, took the floor.
