On Monday, May 5, the paper "A Framework to Integrate Business Goals in Web Usage Mining," written as part of the Ph.D. program in Computer Engineering, was presented at the Atlantic Web Intelligence Conference (AWIC'03).
This is a joint program between Universidad ORT Uruguay the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM).
The study was conducted by a team of distinguished scholars: Esther Hochsztain, M.Sc., from Universidad ORT Uruguay; Dr. Ernestina Mensalvas (UPM); Dr. Socorro Millán (University of Cali, Colombia); Borja Pardo, B.A. (UPM); and Dr. José María Peña (UPM).
The conference took place in Madrid from May 5 to 7.
