The program was presented by Marcos Gorbán, former Executive Producer at Telefé, Director of the Argentine television production company Sinapsis Producción, and professor of television at the University of San Andrés in Argentina.
This program aims to foster reflection and analysis in order to develop script and production solutions for a viable and profitable national television network.
The speaker served as producer for most of the Argentine versions of *Big Brother*, *Talento Argentino* (winner of the 2009 Martín Fierro Award for Best Reality Show), and *Operación Triunfo*. He is the creator of the format for Anecdotario, a general-interest program that aired on Canal (á) (Argentina) in 2007 and 2008, and on Canal 4 (Uruguay) in 2010.
