Cometto holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (Spain). She is a pharmaceutical chemist and a visiting professor in the Innovation track of the International MBA program at the Polytechnic University of Madrid. She received the 2019 Award for Excellence in Teaching in Graduate and Executive Programs.
