Professor appointed to the ANII board of directors

Dr. Pablo Caputi, professor of Agribusiness at the School of Management and Social Sciences, has been appointed to the board of directors of the National Agency for Research and Innovation. The appointment was made by a resolution dated June 30, 2020, issued by the Office of the President of the Republic acting through the Council of Ministers.

Caputi holds a Ph.D. in Economics and a Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. He is an agricultural engineer. He serves as Manager of the Knowledge Management Department at the National Meat Institute (INAC). He is a consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). He is an advisor to República AFAP.
