The project led by Dr. Moya, a professor and researcher at the School of Architecture at Universidad ORT Uruguay in Universidad ORT Uruguay, will last 36 months.
This will be carried out in cooperation with:

- Faculty of Engineering Materials Testing Institute
- Institute of Technology, School of Architecture, Design, and Urban Planning
- CENUR Northeast of the University of the Republic.
