A programming professor will contribute to content designed to promote the STEAM approach among secondary school teachers

As part of an initiative by the Ministry of Education and Culture, in collaboration with representatives from ANEP and Plan Ceibal, Dr. Inés Kereki, a professor of Computer Science, was invited to help develop audiovisual content designed to promote the STEAM approach (an acronym representing the following disciplines: science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics) among secondary school teachers.

Dr. Kereki will be interviewed via Zoom for a video on computational thinking as a teaching methodology.
