The "Oferta Exportable" project, supported by the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE), won the First Prize for Export Efforts at the 8th Academic Conference organized by the Union of Exporters of Uruguay and Banco República.
The project was carried out by Rosina Garagorry, a student in the Bachelor’s Program in International Studies at the School of Management and Social Sciences, in collaboration with Natalia Macri, who has served as a mentor for projects incubated at the CIE. Throughout 2018, they conducted research on the importance of ICTs for the internationalization of small and medium-sized enterprises.
The event, which took place on December 5, 2018, highlighted projects that promote smart exports, with a particular focus on research projects in the sector.
On this occasion, six research papers were shortlisted to be included in a book to be published shortly. Three of these papers also received cash prizes, with *Oferta Exportable* taking first place.
