Publication of the article "A macroscopic view of demand-side grid regulation through fluid queueing models and H2 control"

Federico Bliman, an engineer who earned a Master’s degree in Engineering (research track) from the School of Engineering, along with Dr. Andrés Ferragut and Dr. Fernando Paganini, faculty members at the school, published a peer-reviewed article in *IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid* in November 2017.
