The chapter “Toward an Estimate of the Cost of Inaction in Management: Methodological Notes,” written by Dr. Norma Pontet, professor of Management Accounting at the School of Administration and Social Sciences, was published in November 2017 in the book Accounting Science: Vision and Perspective by Óscar Díaz Becerra and José Carlos Dextre, published in Lima by the Catholic University of Peru.
